Commercial roofing is a different animal from residential. Surfaces are larger, usually flat or very low-slope, and have to withstand occasional foot traffic for equipment servicing (HVAC units, antennas, solar panels). The stakes on watertightness are higher too — a single leak can damage inventory, floors and expensive equipment.

Our specialty is two-ply welded elastomer membrane, the most proven system for commercial flat roofs in Quebec. A base membrane is laid down first and welded with a torch, then a cap membrane with granular or aluminium finish is welded over top with staggered seams for superior watertightness.

The system stands up to foot traffic, the extreme temperature swings of our climate, UV, and minor accidental punctures. Well-maintained, it'll easily hit 25 to 35 years of useful life.

We also install every accessory the system needs: insulated drains, plumbing vents, overflow scuppers, snow guards, and metal flashings around parapets and every penetration.

A well-maintained commercial roof can double its useful life. We offer annual preventive maintenance contracts that include a spring inspection, drain cleaning, flashing and penetration checks, and a detailed photo report. It's the best way to avoid expensive surprises.

For emergencies — leaks that show up mid-storm, punctures from falling equipment — our crew can respond quickly to stabilise the situation and prevent damage to the contents below. We then come back for a proper durable repair as fast as possible.
