We're a licensed RBQ general contractor and we take full responsibility for the projects we manage: trade coordination, schedule control, permit handling, Building Code compliance, and a comprehensive warranty over the whole job.
The projects we take on
We specialise in small to mid-sized residential and commercial projects: major renovations, detached garages, barns and outbuildings, and structural work (framing reinforcement, opening modifications).
We don't bid on projects that fall outside our zone of competence. If your project needs a very specialised expertise we don't have in-house, we'll be upfront and direct you to a contractor better equipped for your need. It's a matter of professional ethics.
